Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, we process personal data where needed to perform a contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest (such as securing and improving the Site), where you consent (such as certain cookies or marketing), or where required by law.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements, then delete or anonymize it where practicable.

To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Email course and Journal

If you join Five Days of Grounding or the Wyrd House Journal, we collect your first name and email address so we can send the free email course, related follow-up notes, and The Seasonal Letter (about eight times a year). We use the MailPoet plugin on this WordPress site (and, when enabled, the MailPoet Sending Service) to deliver those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message. We do not sell your email address.
